I started ballet lessons when I was three and was lucky enough to get to continue with lessons in ballet/tap/jazz all throughout my childhood. At sixteen I began professional training in musical theatre in Manchester before going on to complete my musical theatre degree at the University of Chichester Conservatoire.

After graduating I started teaching my first class for a local children’s stage school and fell in love with teaching. Two years later I now teach for multiple dance/stage schools in the area alongside performing and studying for my masters degree in dance education at London Studio Centre.

Having seen lots of adults on TikTok sharing their experiences of starting ballet for the first time as adults after not having the opportunity to do so as children, I was inspired to set up my own beginners class where anyone can come and try ballet in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
